1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and p4444 ("p4444," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://p4444.co ("the Platform"). Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the p4444 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. p4444 uses technical and manual measures to detect and close duplicate accounts. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

p4444 is required to verify the identity of all players as a condition of its operating framework and in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to submit the following documents upon request:

• A valid government-issued Philippine photo identification (Passport, UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID).

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits. All deposits to your p4444 account are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a specific payment method. Deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 are accepted. p4444 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. p4444 targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary based on the chosen payment method and verification status. p4444 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence reviews to withdrawals above certain thresholds without prior notice.

Funds deposited to p4444 must be funds that lawfully belong to you. p4444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such deposits where identified. p4444 complies with all applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p4444 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) losses arising from network failures, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to Platform services beyond p4444's reasonable control; (c) decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform; or (d) any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

p4444's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their p4444 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming
